REMINDERS PHOTOGRAPHY STRONGHOLD at SIPF Asia Meet: Photobook Makers’ Weekend

RPS will be participating in four events at the Singapore International Photography Festival!

First up is the SIPF Photobooks Showcase (September 16 – October 30). Thirty books selected from an open call for photobooks will be on display, and the winning entries will be announced on September 25. These include photo books by four artists who worked with RPS. These are “Hijack Geni” by Takeshi Senga, “Hiroshima Graph – Everlasting Flow” by Yoshikatsu Fujii, “Elusive Rainbow” by Kazuhiko Matsumura, and “THE LAST SUMMIT” by Shu Watanabe.

The second is “Makers’ Dialogues” (September 25). Publishers and booksellers from five Asian countries will talk about their photobooks, and four authors (Kenji Chiga, Yoshikatsu Fujii, Kazuhiko Matsumura, and Shu Watanabe) will give a presentation about their works and how their books have developed with RPS for about 1.5 hours starting at 2 pm.
