Kanta Nomura, “The Yoshida Dormitory Students’ History,” limited edition print sets will be available again (2020/5).
These limited prints come with a history. As the one who has recorded Yoshida Dormitory for more than 10 years, Nomura will be actually developing prints by using the enlarger in a darkroom located inside its dormitory. He further used photography papers which were left there by someone for a long time (expiration date: 1990-1992).
This is a limited edition print that can be specially prepared by using an actual darkroom in the Yoshida Dormitory of Kyoto University, where the author, Kanta Nomura, has spent 10 years documenting his work.
To commemorate the publication of the book, we are pleased to announce the resumption of box sales with editions.
