RPS KYOTO PAPEROLES Artist In Residency – Summer 2025 – Applications Now Accepted
RPS KYOTO PAPEROLES started as a branch of Reminders Photography Stronghold in Tokyo and has been hosting exhibitions and workshops.
We are now accepting applications for the Summer 2025 artist-in-residence program.
The selected artist will stay at RPS KYOTO PAPEROLES for two weeks in August 2025 and work freely in a private studio. Optional mentorship by RPS curator Yumi Goto is available upon request. This opportunity is open to one applicant, either from Japan or abroad, to focus on the development and production of their own project.
There is no requirement to base your project specifically on Kyoto — we welcome applications from those who wish to pursue and deepen an existing body of work.
